Albatoul is a (doer) and a results-driven leader who is passionate about creating impact through continuously crafting success stories, unleashing the full potential of her team, and equipping her clients with the creative solutions to overcome everyday challenges through technology and innovation.

She is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Executive Education, EMBA (PLD) program. Albatoul is a licensed consultant and certified government performance manager, holding numerous professional accreditations from top in class institutes. She has a proven track record of driving successful strategic transformation and has extensive experience in executive roles. Currently, she serves as a consultant specializing in Strategic Planning, Governance, Excellence, Innovation, and Organizational Development for both private and public sectors.

Albatoul holds positions in various professional organizations. She is the CEO of GGC, the President of the Consulting Offices Committee in the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a member of the Saudi-Foreign Business Council, and an Executive member of the National Advisory Committee in the Council of Saudi Chambers. She is also a member of the Saudi Business Women Association and holds several other memberships in various professional organizations, as well as serving on the boards of multiple companies.
