Alberto is specialised in security risk and political analysis and knows also about regional development and project management. His main area of interest is the post-Soviet space, in particular he knows about the Caucasus and Central Asia, where he spent part of his life. For Alberto international relations and post-Soviet politics are not just a specialisation, but also a fully-fledged interest in his life, as he is always keen on speaking, reading and writing about these topics. Alberto has also worked as a freelance analyst and writer for different companies, consultancies, think tanks and editing agency.

He speaks English fluently and has a working knowledge of Spanish and Russian. Alberto is a real citizen of the world, and he loves travelling and meeting new cultures. These passions have brought him to remote corners of the world, such as the Pamir Mountains and Eastern Siberia, where he worked as a volunteer teacher teaching English and Italian to teenagers.

Alberto is always ready for new challenges and experiences, and is looking forward to exploring new professional opportunities.
