Hello! I am a passionate professional in the hospitality and beverage industry. I hold an international bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business Administration and a certification in Food and Beverage Management from Cornell University. Additionally, I am a certified mixologist by Pernod Ricard USA and a Level 2 sommelier by WSET.

My career has taken me to various parts of the world. I started in Beijing, implementing new beverage programs for Westin. I then worked as a bar manager at the Michelin-starred restaurant Fiola in Washington D.C. Subsequently, I collaborated on beverage program projects for W Mexico City, working with prestigious brands such as Calvin Klein, Salvatore Ferragamo, Levi’s, Spotify, and Formula 1.

My journey continued at W Punta de Mita, where I served as Beverage Manager, creating strategic alliances with brands like José Cuervo and reopening operations post-pandemic. Afterwards, I took on the role of Beverage Director at One & Only Mandarina, collaborating with Grupo Olvera in creating the beverage menu for the restaurant Carao.

More recently, I joined Auberge Resorts in Washington, Connecticut, as Food and Beverage Manager, leading the hotel's operations. Now, I have decided to return to Tijuana to embark on an exciting project in the emerging mixology scene of Baja California with the bar Border Bloom.

My experience and dedication in this field have allowed me to develop a unique and creative vision, always striving to elevate the customer experience through innovative and high-quality proposals.
