One of the questions we as humans ask ourselves is "who am I", and while at first glance, the answer might be easy, upon further inspection, the answer is much more complicated than we first assume. This is my attempt to define myself.
I'm a freshman in college, majoring in public health with hopes of going to med school. In high school, I debated (pretty decently) and played golf and the violin (neither very well).
My view on life is that it's not the circumstances that define the person, rather its their reaction to circumstances to define them. I believe that no matter how bad or good it gets, everything in nature favors neutrality, so it will all even out one day-which means we should enjoy every moment we are given simply for what it is.
One of my favorite authors, John Green, wrote in one of his books "“We’re as likely to hurt the universe as we are to help it, and we’re not likely to do either.” I choose to tread lightly, to leave this world at least the way I found it, if not better. My goal is to learn to walk lightly and this blog is my first attempt at learning to do so.
Below you will find all of my blogs, organized by quarter, you can use that as the main menu for this blog.
These are my thoughts, unfiltered. I believe the most important thing in this world is honesty, without it, it's often difficult to move forward. For this page, my goal is to take an honest view of the world, present it the way I see it, and hopefully it helps me move forward.
Thank you for viewing, and hopefully we grow together.
