I am Alejandra and, together with my husband Roberto, we run this blog planta-ruda.com. We believe that living a more conscious life, connected to our true purpose is a work of cooperation with nature!
Originally this blog was intended to share our experience with natural medicine. All as a result of an illness that Roberto overcame with an alternative treatment. However, little by little this purpose was expanded to cover other topics that we considered relevant and that at first seemed to have no apparent connection.
The fact that we changed our diet led us to adopt a healthier lifestyle, and in a natural way we got to know other views of the world that enriched our personal and couple's lives.
