I have a Master´s in Digital Media Management in the Hyper Island school of Manchester.

I am capable of handling personal relationships with a great ability to work as a team and under pressure. I believe in transformational leadership and in helping others to reach their full potential to get the best group intelligence level for a team. I also believe that every idea, project or commercial action must have a strategic focus to solve a relevant problem, creative impact that generates a positive response and must be user centric oriented.

The result of every action must seek the improvement of people lives and change the world to better. That should be the main purpose of everyone in the creative industry, in order to let people see value in what we do. Otherwise we will still be the guys that just interrupt TV shows and try to sell me things I don´t need.

Im in love with Peru, its diversity, people and gastronomy. I´m interested in digital media and technology, generate behaviors in people and change perceptions and beliefs.

I like to get related with all kinds of people, talk, yell, dance, love, hate, play, eat, get drunk, travel, question them, argue with them, hug them, watch movies, touch, sail, call to wrong numbers, etc, I think that in order to be happy is important to be around with people, so I always try to do that because the number one objective in my life is to be happy.

I love superhero movies and team sports (sailing, football, volleyball, etc). I also represent Peru in international sailing competitions. I went to Galapagos Islands to a 3 day non-stop sailing race with more than five countries. That was an amazing experience.
