With close to 20 years experience, I have represented primarily US clients in Mexico in commercial contract and real estate contract disputes before in international arbitration tribunals. I am alse experienced in court adjudication before the Mexican Court system.

I have argued in cases involving software development contracts, international joint ventures, international sales and distribution agreements. I am familiar with the arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the Mexico City Chamber of Commerce (CANACO), and the Mexican Arbitration Center (CAM). I have acted as an arbitrator and as attorney for claimant and plaintiff, and can do so in both English and Spanish.

I am also an experienced mediator, having been trained by the San Diego Mediation Center (currently, the National Conflict Resolution Center), where I collaborated in a volunteer program for bilingual mediators, and later continued my collaboration as a trainer in mediation skills.

I am also a published author. I have various publications on International Sales Law, including a case-book in Spanish, and have contributed chapters to various books published in Mexico and in the United States.

I am fully bilingual .
