My formal education began in hospitality services with a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management and Tourism. Graphic/ Web & Interior Design, Personal Training, Nutrition, Extensive training in Event planning, and a career in Gastronomy followed, continuing to hold true to the concepts of effective customer service, flexibility in a changing work environment, equity in conflict resolution, and maintenance of a professional appearance.
These fundamental skills have provided the basis for my continued success in the fields in which I have gained experience. These skills along with an outgoing personality and dependability have propelled me to positions of responsibility, managing personnel and supervising staff activities; always ensuring quality of service and exceptional standards in presentation.
Being proficient at MS publisher and graphic design programs has allowed me to create a wide variety of marketing material for several organizations, and establishments, such as menus for themed restaurants, flyers, promotional packages, a full corporate image, along other advertising items. Completing my knowledge with an agile use of Internet and its wide range of advertising possibilities.
