Guided by desire for growth as a human being I am currently working on the project that promotes living with integrity, gratitude and passion. Living mindfully with an open heart and courage. With understanding that less is more, and the most important things in life have got nothing to do with having and possessing, but with simply being, loving and sharing.

My biggest passions are dance and movement. I have trained widely from Ballroom, Jazz and Contemporary to my biggest love MAMBO (salsa danced on 2) and YOGA. I discovered SALSA during my holiday in Spain in 1999 and shortly thereafter I joined ‘The Salsa Kings’ - largest salsa company in Poland. In 2004 I visited UK for what was at the time one of the best salsa congresses in the world - famous UK Salsa Congress. I have been living and dancing Salsa in London for over 10 years. That gave me an opportunity to train with many talents from across Manhattan to Paris. Over that time I have attended over 60 salsa congresses in search for inspiration and fun. My biggest influencers are: Frankie Martinez (on the picture with me), Karel Flores, Hacha y Machete and Susanna Montero, who I have been working with while teaching for Latin Dance Academy. In 2008 I was featured in Salsateca Dance School ‘Dance Salsa with Sanchez’ DVD. Other projects include teaching for London Salsa, Mambo City, Salsa on Sundays, Icognito Dance, City Academy and Masterdance.

In 2013 I moved to Asia and qualified as Radiantly Alive Yoga Alliance teacher in Bali and have been teaching and dancing around Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore (Evoka Dance) and Japan. In November 2015 I also became Yin Yoga Teacher by studing with Jo Phee and Joe Barnett. This has broadened my knowledge even more and inspired me to study body awareness and movement as a form of therapy. I currently study nutritional therapy, mindfulness, and I am creatively writing about happiness and spirituality. My work meant to encourage others to live more mindfully and embrace our bodies as home for our spirits.
