Alesia Erivona is a woman that strives to see others surrendered to Jesus and operate in their "total" God designed potential.

By profession, she is a Marketing Manager and Digital Specialist with over 12 years experience in both B2B and B2C companies leveraging customer insights and data to increase their ROI. As a qualified Mental Health First Aider, Mentor and Coach, she supports graduates and employees with a proven holisitc approach, to help people identify strengths and areas of development to achieve goals in thier lives.

Alesia use to be a youth group leader, leading a 5 year ministry titled "Soldiers 4 Christ" responsible for holding weekly fellowship meetings and annual extravaganzas to allow youths to express themselves through creative arts (music, plays, songs). Through the motto "know Christ and make Him known", many were able to discover their true identity, be set free from bondage, discover purpose and lead others to Christ.

Alesia, today is the leader and founder of the Unashamed Worship Ministry. This seven year ministry, provides spontaneous Worship experiences and share biblical teachings about true and proper worship for people to live surrendered lifestyles. She manages a team of 8 and collectively pours into the lives of many on a monthly basis in different formats; ministering via word, online posts, prayer, speaking or preaching via conferences, group sessions, soon to be workshops and zoom meetings. Within 7 years, there has been growth, overflow of revelations and fruits as we witness souls year after year surrender.
