Ever since I was a kid, I always loved music. Everybody in the family loved to sing or play instruments, but I never wanted to be a musician. It was only when I first bought a guitar for a high school music performance project that I realized just how much fun music really was.
Once I started writing and singing my own songs, that was when I realized there was much more to my connection to music than I thought. To be able to express myself through song and pour my soul into my lyrics has always been a great fulfillment each time.
And then I had started to discover the diverse and colorful worlds of hip-hop, R&B, and neo-soul music. That was when my connection to music had gotten more intimate. It was through these genres that I started to be fascinated about music production, song and beat arrangement, sound selection, and so much more regarding the software and tech side of music.
It was also around this time that I decided to take up a course on Music Technology in the University of Santo Tomas in Manila to pursue my love for music production and songwriting. and to be able to hone and develop my craft with focused guidance from professionals in the industry.
