Alessia Molinaro

My name is Alessia Molinaro and I am currently in my final year of the Human Resources program. My mission is that I will be an honest, loyal, trusting HR professional that will keep a positive, safe working environment for those around me. My personality traits that will help me achieve my goal as a Human Resource Professional in a Hospital setting. I am compassionate and understanding, which helps me relate and connect well to others. I am loyal, open-minded and fair, which are strong traits, needed in order to be successful in the Human Resources world. I have gained experience in both recruitment and labour side of the hospital by being involved in the hiring process and attending grievances. I have advanced my customer service skills by using them in a different way, and with a different clientele. Given my wide range of experiences I have developed strong analytical and problem solving skills, which continue to improve as the years go on. I truly believe with my drive and determination I will be able to get myself to where I want to be.
