I am a UX Researcher at Sky Italy and I run the Research Lab: a hothouse of innovation that involves the Customer in the design of digital experiences and in the monitoring of already established processes.

But I'm first and foremost a psychologist!
I use my skills as a psychologist when I listen to what the user says (and doesn't say), when I interpret the requests of internal stakeholders, or when in every little activity I try to share and raise awareness of the value of Research and Customer involvement in business decisions.
