Alex (Alexander) Koesarie is a highly skilled coach and athlete who has dedicated his career to helping athletes achieve their full potential. In addition to his coaching expertise, Alex Koesarie is also an accomplished athlete in his own right. As a USA Judo black belt, he has competed at the highest levels of competition and has achieved numerous accolades throughout his career. He is also an avid rock climber who enjoys pushing himself to new limits both in and out of the gym.
With his recent move to the Alexandria/Springfield area of northern Virginia, Alex is now able to offer his coaching services to a wider range of athletes in the NOVA region. His clients come from all walks of life and have varying levels of experience, but they all share a common goal of becoming the best athlete they can be.
