My name is Alex and I like things. I like things like this and this. But even more so, I like exploring why we do things. What is it about the human condition that inspires us to invent a sport like Bo-Taoshi or wear 10 hats for the aesthetic of "more-ing?" More generally, why do we constantly create when almost all of it is utilitarianly useless?
The thing is, our world is pretty surreal and a lot of what we do doesn't make sense. And thats the thing I like the most.
