An entrepreneur with a proven track record of building start ups from scratch into successful companies, growing them through to mergers and/or trade acquisitions. Having managed the acquired start ups as subsidiaries of larger listed companies allowed me to experience both pre and post M&A operations and transitions and survived it all. Having played on both end of the fields, I possess the creativity, nimbleness and flexibility of a start up, complemented with the organised structures and process mindsets of large enterprises.

Geographically networked, run business across and embedded in Asia Pacific. Having established offices around Asia Pacific region including China, Japan and Australia, establishing channels and partner networks, having travelled and done business extensively in this region for the last 16 years, am well versed in start up ventures, cross culture / country / stakeholder sales, operations and management.

Grew and managed from 1 to 300 staffs, spread across Asia Pacific in 3 years. Performed every mistake that could be made as a start up and learnt from it for the next. Hands on experience building start ups as well as mentored several successful ones who have since grown and secured follow on fundings, these start ups include: Trade Hero, Touchjet, Travelogy, Referral Candy etc. On the other end of the spectrum, I managed and operated the APACJ region for NASDAQ listed company with equal success.

Through the various start ups, I've acquired domain expertise in enterprise and stakeholders engagement, in the areas of Enterprise Content Management, Intelligent Document Capture, Mobile, Cloud and Virtualization. Stakeholder engagement, industry domain knowledge and experience in financial services, government, shared services operations, BPO operations.
