I help companies plan and execute their financial strategies. This includes:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Currently, I lead the analysis of all financial information at OpenView Venture Partners. This consists of developing long-term (5 years) strategies and overseeing annual budgets to keep the management company on target. In addition, I work with each of OpenView's portfolio companies to understand their performance and project return multiples and IRR for our Limited Partners (LPs).

Operations

Part of my role in FP&A is to ensure the organization is moving effectively towards their goals, both financial and operational. I help OpenView create and manage programs to maximize efficiency, which includes Delegation of Authority (DOA), expense policies, goal setting/tracking, Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), and performance reviews.
