Alexander McMaster

Ok so I am a Busines Srudies graduate from The University of Kent, which is where I am based. Below I have talked about some of the things I am passionate about and my experiences....

I am a strong beliver in the principle of volunteering and in May 2010 my University awarded
me a KSCV certificate for volunteering for more than 100 hours. This was mainly
from my time at Chartwell House where I began volunteering for The National
Trust in August 2009. This has predominately involved working as a gatekeeper
and so helping out in their grounds, and gift shop. In August 2008 I spent a
day working with the Fairbridge Charity in Chatham through a corporate social
responsibility scheme at work. For this I went canoeing with a group of about
eight and gained an understanding of how the charity supports young people.

I am passionate about travelling and have visited places such as New Zealand and toured most of the North and South Islands visiting places such as Auckland, Rotorua, and Christchurch whilst there I tried Zorbing and went on a jet boat. Also I have been to the Caribbean and United States.

I have just returned from Tenerife after spending 7 months working on the South of the Island. Whilst out there I managed to complete a 48KM sponsored walk, go dolphine watching, snorkelling and even a bit of surfing.
