Alex Rozwadowski

Hello there! I'm Alex Rozwadowski, CEO and Partner at CENTURY 21 Premier Real Estate and Premier Realtors of Columbus Property Management.

My journey began in Rio de Janeiro and led me to the U.S. at age 10, where I attended Fairfield College Preparatory School before joining the Army in 1994.

During my military service, I graduated from Airborne School and the Ranger Indoctrination Program, serving with the 75th Ranger Regiment at Ft. Benning, where I developed the loyalty, discipline, and resilience that shape my approach to life and business.

After my service, I earned my B.B.A. with honors on a tennis scholarship at Georgia State University and refined my financial skills as an Analyst at Rothschild Private Bank in Zurich.

Returning to Columbus, Georgia, in 2003—a city that captured my heart during my Army days—I co-founded CENTURY 21 Premier Real Estate with my best friend, Shep Mullin; today, our brokerage stands as one of the region's largest, with over 130 agents and more than 1,400 transactions in 2020.

Now, I specialize in all facets of real estate, connecting with a diverse clientele through fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and continue to help others find a place to call home.
