East Lansing, Michigan

I am a Michigan State University sophomore hailing from the swamps of Florida and still figuring out how that makes sense. To my core I enjoy innovative design and storytelling. Since arriving at MSU I have learned that there is never one way to tell a story. As an Arts and Humanities and Journalism student I have a range of skills and I am always looking for opportunites to use them and learn some new ones. I have had an interest in colors, design, other cultures and learning since I was young and I am beginning to figure out how to make those useful in the fast paced world we live in. I also write, a lot! I'm a contributer to RCAHive, The Residential College of the Arts and Humanities student magazine, which has allowed me to write, design and take photos for my stories. I have recently switched from writing about student fashion for collegefashionista.com to writing about MSu Track and Field for MSU Impact student radio. In my free time I love going to art museums, listening to good music, biking and since I'm in college, just hanging out with my friends. I live by the saying, "Life begins at the end of your comfort zone" and I am always looking for opportunities to push myself a little further outside of it.
