Hello!
What I did:
I studied History of Art and Christian Archeology at the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg and finished with a Magister degree. I wrote a thesis about the building history of the Roman church Ss. Nereo ed Achilleo.
What I'm doing:
Right now I'm a Phd candidate at the University of Zurich with a dissertation about the development of the early christian altar in Italy, from the Late Antiquity to the Early Middle Ages.
But I don't live in Zurich. My working space in Rome, where I have a scholarship from the Max-Planck-Institute for Art History at the Bibliotheca Hertziana. At the Libarary of the Hertziana I research. Rome is the base for various trips to italien citites and monuments.
In my freetime I write an Artblog about the Citiy of Nuremberg: www.kunstnuernberg.de
