When I was growing up my Grandmother was always cooking and baking, and I learned cooking from both her and my Mother. One of things my Mother always told me was too always try new things and be experimental, I still carry that with me to keep an open mind. My first job at the age of sixteen was as a dishwasher, I feel in love with the restaurant business and have been working in and around food ever since. I have always worked for someone else. I have held positions from fry cook to sous chef, and now it is time to grow and expand on my own. So I am here to share my experience aswell as learning new thing, because the culinary world is an ever expanding universe. Join me as I go on an adventure in all things food and enjoy the ride.
