I am a full-time student at the University of Minnesota, St. Cloud working on a degree for hospitality and tourism. I have always had a passion for seeing new places and wondering what experiences they have to offer that are vastly different from my native state. Having visited twenty-three states and three European countries I have a fair bit of experience under my belt...trying new cuisines, learning history and culture, taking photos and collecting souvenirs.

It all started from the year after I was born: my late grandfather was a snowbird who spent the winter months in Tucson, Arizona and it was a family tradition that Spring Break was the week of the year we would visit him down there. The surrounding deserts, Wild West towns, canyons, mountains, air force base and citrus orchards had always had me captivated.

Starting in 2005 my horizons expanded to places like Chicago, Wisconsin Dells, Washington State, Mount Rushmore, Mammoth Caves, San Francisco and Philadelphia in the US and further to Provence, Holland and Barcelona in Europe. I even spent a considerable amount of time planning some of these trips, and am currently working on one for Las Vegas.
