With nearly 20 years of experience, I have significant and unique experience in the design and management of over 24,000 units (or keys) of mixed-use multi-family and hospitality projects, totally over 37 million square feet in North America, Asia and the Middle East. As a well-rounded designer, I have also designed or managed retail, restaurant, healthcare and educational facilities in North America, South America and the Middle East. While adept at projects of all scales, I thrive in
an environment where project parameters and team structures are large and complex and where the opportunity for advanced levels of responsibility and trust are robust. Often my involvement begins at the business development stage, soliciting for projects, preparing RFP submissions, writing proposals, performing feasibility studies and preparing contracts and presentations. During design and development phases, I organize and manage the design team, creating a positive, creative
and collaborative office and project team environment that enables the design teams to achieve the clients goals. Being a hands on design manager, I have insisted on the increased use of Revit at early stages of design, utilizing Revit’s capabilities for quick programming presentations, proforma area calculations and even rendering and visualization. My efforts in these regards, as well as my ability to gain the trust of my project teams and the confidence of my direct superiors and clients has been rewarded through numerous advanced and expedited promotions.
