I am a Design Partner and Studio Practice Leader at HKS with more than three decades of experience shaping mixed-use, multifamily, workplace, hospitality, healthcare and educational destinations across North America, Asia, and the Middle East. Over the course of nearly 50 million square feet of work, I have learned that the most successful projects are those that balance cultural meaning with measurable performance, creating environments that deliver long-term value for clients while enriching the communities they serve.

My focus is on helping clients realize more than just buildings. I work with development partners, institutions, and corporate organizations to transform sites into vibrant, high-performing assets that attract tenants, foster community, and strengthen brand identity. By combining cultural insight, innovative design strategies, and resilient, sustainable solutions, I ensure projects resonate both financially and socially, today and for decades to come.

As a leader, I am deeply committed to radical collaboration. By breaking down silos across disciplines, practices, and geographies, I align design excellence with client goals and business outcomes. I take pride in building long-term partnerships that extend beyond individual projects, becoming a trusted advisor who helps clients navigate complexity, reduce risk, and capture new opportunities.

I also believe innovation and education are essential to the future of practice. Through research, teaching, and industry partnerships, which includes co-creating a graduate design and research studio at Georgia Tech, I bring forward new approaches in prefabrication, sustainability, and cultural placemaking that directly inform our projects. I regularly share these insights through panels, publications, and podcasts, driving conversations around the future of mixed-use development and the evolving role of architecture in shaping cities.

Above all, I am passionate about creating places that perform on every level (financially, socially, and culturally) while establishing lasting value for clients and communities alike.
