Alexander Dillon has emerged as a pivotal figure in the finance industry as co-founder of GenCap Management, a progressive investment firm established in New York City in 2021. In addition to his accomplishments in finance, Dillon has made notable inroads into the culinary world by opening Olar Noso, an acclaimed restaurant in Northvale, New Jersey, in 2021. This venture, initiated with two of his childhood friends, is a testament to his entrepreneurial diversity and commitment to excellence across sectors. His philanthropic spirit is equally commendable, as he actively participates in the St. Francis Food Pantry and plans to start his foundation to expand his charitable efforts.

Dillon's financial expertise was first honed at Blackbridge Investment Group (BIG), which he founded in 2011 and where he continues to serve as Chief Investment Officer. At BIG, he orchestrated a critical investment agreement with Tautachrome, Inc. in December 2015, facilitating a substantial $50 million investment over three years. BIG is renowned for its customized investment strategies, serving a diverse clientele with solutions across equity, debt, and real estate investments.

Before his tenure at BIG, Dillon enriched his professional portfolio as Vice President of Special Situations at MD Global Partners, LLC, from 2011 to 2013. He managed advisory services on various investment structures, including mergers and acquisitions and structured debts, showcasing his comprehensive understanding of complex financial operations.
