In the last decade I've seen at least a dozen fitness trends and fads come and go. I noticed that there was a lot of misinformation and some outright lies, some of which I tried to use on my own fitness journey with no success. So, I set out to research what worked and what didn't and to cut through all the noise. What I found throughout my 18 years is that doesn't need to be difficult or glamorous.
