Alexander Jack

In his academic and professional career, Alexander has bracketed both ends of the building design industry; design/build construction for Randy Brown, FAIA and conceptual design with William McDonough + Partners. Alexander's experience ranges from affordable LEED Platinum design for the Make it Right Foundation in New Orleans to the award winning LEED Platinum NASA Sustainability Base to multiple international projects at the Cradle to Cradle Inspired business park at Park 20|20 in The Netherlands. He is a recurring guest critic at the University of Virginia School of Architecture and at Virginia Tech School of Architecture + Design. Alexander has a vested interest to nurture open-thinking through creative writing, challenge industry norms via architectural practicum, and advance global and classless conversation through social-media.
