What is it that makes people have sparkling eyes when they do what they do? How can it be that sometimes the most ordinary job can become the most fulfilling and satisfying work you could possibly do? What makes it so that a musician can give you incredible goosebumps while singing not perfectly? And what is the connection between these high quality experiences? I call it the spark. It’s when someone finds their true way, their Tao, in what they do. I have been on a personal quest to find out exactly what this was. I started in the music business, in a recording studio. Now I’m a business coach, helping people find that spark and help them turn it into a business. In other words: I help them create a life around what makes them so passionate. It is my personal goal to help people find their, what I call, personal square meter and teach them how they can use it to create and shape the life they want. I help people develop the skills they need to work on their personal leadership, how to align their life around their spark, get focused, create by safely failing until it works, keep motivated and maintain their beginner’s mind, create flow and grow their business into a self defined success. I am greatly inspired by the works of Ken Wilber, Don Beck, and Eric Ries, Aikido, Zen and Taoistic principles, and great proponents of non-violence such as Thich Nath Hanh, Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela, Gandhi etc.
