Originally from Detroit, I'm a transplant to central Iowa. I recently completed my MS in microbiology and work as a pharmaceutical quality control analyst at Diamond Animal Health. I am also a gardener and am working on starting my own business selling plants and seeds. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, being in nature, and spending time with my two cats.
