Yabrov founded ArtsLead.us in 2014 to combine her expertise, passion for the arts, creative sensibilities and vast professional network to benefit of musicians and artists. The organization offers coaching, consulting, and career development services to exceptional musicians whose talent and drive make them ready for the next step in their careers.

Yabrov helps her clients establish a functional and true identity, formulate their goals and advance their careers in the competitive landscape of the jazz world. In choosing clients, Yabrov seeks musicians who are exceedingly talented and have “that unique sound,” a special story and true dedication to advancing their careers.

Her recent projects include setting an artistic and professional roadmap, outreach to booking agents in the US and Europe, developing artist name recognition, artistic direction with CD production, talent buying, fund raising and corporate events. To further her mission, she’s establishing collaborations with booking agencies, festival promoters, performance centers and music community across the globe.

Yabrov’s extensive music background helps her to serve her clients. From 2001-2014, Yabrov served as the Operations Manager and Public Relations Director of Scullers Jazz Club in Boston where she was mentored by the legendary Fred Taylor. Taylor, who owned the renowned 70’s Jazz Clubs Pall’s Mall and The Jazz Workshop, has been Entertainment Director at Scullers for over 25 years.

During her tenure at Scullers, Alexandra produced more than 200 shows a year and worked with numerous managers and internationally acclaimed musicians such as Christian McBride, Nora Jones, The Manhattans, Spyro Gyra, The Yellowjackets, Monty Alexander, Michel Camilo, Average White Band, Sammy Figueroa, Stanley Jordan, and Eliane Elias to name a few.

At the club, Yabrov thrived when she couldencourage and coach young talented musicians to advance their career and art.She helped many of them navigate the jazz business and learn how to create a valuableand enjoyable experience both for themselves and their audience
