I am a learning and development leader, a Certified Professional and Executive Coach, an expert in building career development strategies and organizational development execution plans.

I am the President and Founder of XCaliber Coaching & Consulting LLC, a leadership and career coaching firm, helping current and aspiring leaders going through career and personal transition. Additionally, I develop resumes, executive portfolios, bios, website and LinkedIn content.

I possess over 20 years of experience working in leadership roles in Telecommunications, Public Education, and Customer Service industries serving customers at medium to large scale enterprises and a non-profit sector. In the current role to date, I've coached leaders working for Anthem, Macy’s, Interstate Hotels, Masla Skincare, YPO, Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, and others.
