I'm Alex, a leadership development business partner with 13+ years of experience building high-performing teams at Amazon and Facebook. Currently leading organizational development for Amazon's SPS EMEA division (5,900+ employees), I specialize in helping leaders and teams succeed in complex, fast-paced environments.
