I'm Alex, a leadership development partner and coach with 15+ years of experience hiring and developing high-performing teams at Amazon and Meta.

I currently lead leadership and organisational development for Amazon's Customer & Partner Trust division (1,300+ employees). I previously designed and piloted Amazon's first internal group coaching program for leaders of leaders. 94% of participants committed to applying what they learned directly to their work.

I care about leaders and teams sustaining high performance in complex, fast-paced environments, and about work feeling rewarding and meaningful.

My background combines a Master's in Lifelong Learning (UCL) with hands-on problem scoping, solution design, execution planning, team leadership, facilitation, and coaching.
