Alexandra Chapman even participated in a school trip the summer after her sophomore year, leaving New York with a group of students from Victor and traveling to Spain. Others have recognized Alexandra Chapman?s academic excellence, as well. She has received multiple honors, including earning the national designation of AP Scholar with Honor, and receiving the Smith Book Award.
Alexandra Chapman maintains dedication to good health. With an active lifestyle that includes hiking, bicycling, skiing, swimming, and snowboarding, Alexandra Chapman engages in fitness activities including weight lifting and running. These activities help Alexandra Chapman stay in shape, and they allow her to participate in walks and runs to support charitable organizations. To date, Ms. Chapman has participated in walks and runs throughout New York to raise funds for Huntington?s disease and breast cancer research, as well as to benefit the American Cancer Society.
Along with fund-raising activities, Alexandra Chapman volunteers her time for local community service projects, including distributing food to needy families from the Victor, New York Food Cupboard. She also volunteers at the Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua, New York.
