I am a single mum to my two gorgeous boys Bailey & Thomas.

Food has always been my passion since baking with my nanna and sisters when i was small. So I thought i would Join the Royal Navy, become a chef so i could see the world at the same time!

School Catering was my next role so i could be a mum and still work which has led me to where i am today. Function Catering for our local authority which send me in all sorts of directions but gives me enough time to pursue my other passions for baking and (attempted) blogging. Wish me Luck!
