Little Learning School expanded across New South Wales, Canberra, and Melbourne, growing into one of Australia’s largest privately-owned childcare groups with over 2,500 employees across 54 centres. The enterprise was sold to Bain Capital Private Equity in 2018 and to Busy Bees in 2020.

In 2018, Alexandra launched BondiBoost, a premium haircare brand in Australia. She identified a gap in the market for high-quality, natural haircare products and developed salon-grade formulas using high-performance botanical ingredients. Her innovative social media marketing strategies fuelled rapid growth, propelling BondiBoost to surpass the million-dollar revenue mark within months. The brand expanded into high-end salons and major retailers, including Boots UK, Sephora, and Ulta. BondiBoost was acquired by Gauge Capital in 2022.

In 2023, Alexandra entered the hospitality industry as a strategic partner and investor in Iberica, a Mediterranean restaurant located in Bondi. Known for its artistic atmosphere and exquisite Spanish cuisine, Iberica quickly became a standout in Sydney’s competitive dining scene.

Since 2024, Alexandra has led Globe Wealth, a private investment firm that focuses on business strategy, investment management, and partnership building. Globe Wealth specialises in private equity, venture capital, debt funding, and property investments, with a particular emphasis on sectors such as education, real estate, hospitality, and manufacturing. Alexandra is committed to fostering strong relationships and collaborating with exceptional management teams to enhance decision-making and maximise value creation.
