Hi, I'm Alexandra! I am an OCT and I love working with students to help them reach their full potential. I believe students learn best when they feel known, valued and supported so I lead with relationship building and a strengths-based approach, taking the time to understand each learner’s interests, identity, needs and potential so I can create meaningful and responsive learning experiences. I strive to connect curriculum to students’ lives and the world around them. I am also passionate about learning ASL as part of my commitment to becoming a more inclusive and accessible educator. Through care, consistency and high expectations, I aim to create classrooms where every student feels capable, confident and empowered to grow.
