Alexandra T. Townsend has over a decade of experience in the service and training industry, focusing on the luxury sector. She is a graduate of the Swiss based hotel management school International College of Hospitality Management, Institut Hôtelier “César Ritz”.

Her avocations include being a past member of the Junior US Olympic Alpine Ski Team, sailing/power boats, equestrianism, tennis, golf, indoor rock climbing, swimming, water skiing, croquet, skeet shooting, raquetteball, shuffleboard champ, badminton, architecture & geneology. Attempting to learn bridge & chess as of late.

Alexandra also enjoys traveling, where in which she collects antique glass, ivory and fountain pens new and vintage alike. Alexandra does travel extensively, however her favorite place in the world is Otsego Lake in Cooperstown, New York. Also known as Glimmerglass & featured in James Fenimore Coopers books.

Alexandra is also the Director of NAFE (National Association For Female Executives, Philadelphia).

Alexandra was just recently selected and inducted into the "Cambridges Who's Who Of Executive Women".
