Her is Alexandra Woody. Many people call her Alex.
Her birthday is April 1st.
She is from Chesterfield, Virginia. She has three younger brothers. One of them is a freshman at Longwood University. The other two are twins and are sophomores in High School.
When she was in high School, she cheered, and played basketball and softball.
She graduated from high school in 2010.
Her favorite color is yellow. She loves to read books. She cannot go a day without drinking at least one cup of coffee. Religion and my family are the most important things in her life.
She is the Student Missions Coordinator for the Spiritual Life office and Shenandoah University. She organizes and runs all of the mission projects and opportunities we have here at Shenandoah University.
Two of Alex's favorite organizations are Hungry Hearts, where they take the left over food from the Allen Dining Hall to the Salvation Army every weekday during each semester. Her other favorite organization is WATTS, Which stands for, Winchester Area Temporary Thermal Shelter. This is when they go to the church that is hosting the homeless guests and they bring dinner and provide a bible study for the guests. Alex enjoys getting to know everyone in the community of Winchester through these organizations.
She is in her third year at Shenandoah University. She is majoring in Religion and Psychology with a minor in Coaching.
After college, Alex plans to go to graduate school and get a Masters Degree in Divinity.
In the future she hopes to become an Elder in the United Methodist Church.
Service is one of her loves. She hopes to be not only be a pastor, but also to one day work with a nonprofit organization to help relieve the homelessness and poverty in the world.
