I'm Alex Cena an investment professional who enjoys helping guide families, business professionals and executives make better wealth management decisions in anticipation of expected and unexpected life events. These changes include college education planning, marriage, divorce, a career change, lifestyle adjustments, inheritance and retirement.

Wealth management is very personal where trust and confidence is critical to the decision-making process. Prior to guiding families with financial and wealth management decisions, I was advising institutional investors, corporate executives and entrepreneurs for the largest global investment banks since obtaining my securities license in 1989.

In fact, Institutional Investor Magazine’s All American Research poll, the Wall Street Journal, Reuters & Greenwich Associates awarded gave me the top ranked Equity Research Analyst spot in multiple technology sectors in the United States & Europe for many years.

I was widely credited with identifying disruptive global macro themes & companies in technology. In fact, my views & recommendations often appeared both in print & online media such as Forbes, The New York Times, Investor’s’ Business Daily, Barron’s & The Wall Street Journal. I have also made numerous appearances on CNN and CNBC. In 2016, I also appeared as an investor on the second season of CNBC’s show called Make Me a Millionaire Inventor.

Institutional investors managing financial assets for pension funds and high net worth individuals valued my well-conceived quantitative analysis, financial analysis, industry knowledge, & company analysis as well as my coaching & mentoring skills.

I love spending my free time outdoors with my wife of over 25 years, my twin boys and my two rat terriers. My hobbies include hiking, backpacking and photography where I love to create lifestyle portraits of my friends and family.
