Alex Chavez is the Business Development Manager at Reckitt Benckiser (RB) and an experienced consultant who helps companies transform business insights into increased sales and efficiencies.
Throughout her time at RB, Alex has excelled in a number of roles, leading cross-functional teams that span sales, customer marketing, and business intelligence. From consumer demographics and shelf layout to supply challenges and inventory issues, Alex creates solutions to help large organizations navigate complex variables.
Previously, Alex was a Category Development manager at The Hershey Company where she worked in the Convenience class of trade. In this role, she supported channel strategies and later moved into a Strategic CDM role where she was recognized as the Category Captain for multiple Convenience retailers. Prior to that, Alex worked for CSX Transportation, a globally-recognized Fortune 500 company.
Alex is an advisor to UNF ENACTUS where she previously served as President. She is the recipient of the Hess Vendor of the Year award and was nominated as Sales Person of the Year for the North American division of Reckitt Benckiser in 2013.
Alex is an active volunteer in her community and has worked with an array of charitable organizations, including Lutheran Social Services, where she served as a counselor at for over 7 years. She currently lives in Tampa, Florida.
