I love technology.
In 2006, I turned my passion into a career and started my own small business: PC DOC INC.
In a few years, I graduated from DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science in Network and Communications Management in 2009. After receiving high quality theoretical and practical education, I finished with Summa Cum Laude and 3.97/4.00 GPA.
Later, I pursued a Masters degree in Information Systems Management with concentration in Information Security at Keller Graduate School of Management. I finished with Distinction and a 3.90/4.00 GPA.
While continuing getting involved with various computer and telephony systems I completed several IT certifications including: Cisco CCNA, VMware VCA, Microsoft MCP & Virtualization Specialist, Interactive Intelligence ICCE, Network+, etc.
From servers, to networks, to telephony, to software - I enjoy and work with all kinds of technologies. That's why I have to wear different "IT" hats and consider myself an IT Generalist. I have held several official titles, but presently I work as a Senior IT Engineer primarily working with:
