Alexei Orlov

I'm Alexei Orlov, a global CEO, CMO, entrepreneur, and strategic adviser with nearly 30 years of experience building, transforming, and scaling businesses and consumer brands across the U.S., U.K., Europe, and Asia.

I founded and led MTM Choice, building it into a 200-person creative and advisory group with an international presence. My career has also included senior leadership roles at Volkswagen, Omnicom, and Wunderman/WPP.

Today, I work with founders, boards, investors, and leadership teams on business transformation, brand strategy, growth, and organizational change. I believe strong leadership begins with listening, continuous learning, and asking a simple question: What matters?

My interests include entrepreneurship, global business, leadership, creative thinking, AI and human acuity, writing, mentorship, and helping people and organizations turn change into meaningful progress.
