Alex Faigel has held responsibilities as Managing Director of the Dr. Dental chain of family dental offices since 2004. In leading what was formerly known as the Family Dental Group, Alex Faigel focuses on maintaining patient satisfaction and growth, while offering access to high quality care. He has overseen development of a service delivery system designed to efficiently meet patient demands and optimize new patient flow.
Mr. Faigel completed his Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He next accepted a position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing with zTrace Technologies Inc., a Waltham, Massachusetts, firm focused on invisible software solutions for the tracking and protection of sensitive computer assets and data. Alex Faigel led a sales and marketing team that achieved significant annual revenue increases. He also orchestrated a major public relations effort, resulting in significant company exposure in media outlets such as USA Today, PC Magazine, TIME magazine, and Good Morning America.
In his current position, Mr. Faigel oversees the operations of a number of dental offices. He meets on a regular basis with company supervisors, discussing issues involving personnel, weekly audits, and financial planning. Responsible for staff performance monitoring and new hires, Alex Faigel completes corporate evaluations on a 90-day and yearly basis. He also compiles monthly and annual in-house reports that help define corporate strategy.
Alex Faigel contributes to Save the Children and Project Feed, which provides food assistance to Rwandan schoolchildren through the United Nations World Food Program. He also supports the charitable activities of the Greater Boston Food Bank and Doctors Without Borders. In his free time, Mr. Faigel enjoys skiing, jogging, and playing basketball and tennis.
