I am a Professional Services Analyst for one of the top 3 eProcurement companies in the market. In this role, my duties include software quality assurance testing, tier two technical support, requirements gathering and the construction of internal/external technical documentation and marketing materials.

Prior to working in eProcurement, I was a nationally certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) for over ten years. In that time, I worked in retail, hospital, long term care and third party insurance settings. I was blessed with the opportunity to learn my craft inside out and I’m looking to do the same with not only eProcurement, but the professional side of Tech as a whole.

In addition to my full time eProc endeavors, I am a freelance writer. I’ve ghostwritten several business-centered blog posts and articles for private clients. My personal work has been featured in SkirtCollective and LovePanky.
