About Me

Outside of school and work, I enjoy participating in outdoor activities such as hiking and beach volleyball. I love travelling to other countries and learning about their cultures. Some of my favourite cities visited include Barcelona, Paris and Portofino. This summer I travelled back to Barcelona to participate in a summer exchange program, where I took Spanish and International Marketing courses.

Business Membership Consultant: Austin Heights BIA

• Connected with over 200 businesses in order to produce a spreadsheet to be posted on the Associations website categorizing businesses based on operation

Strategic Procurement Programs Co-op: BC Hydro

• Worked on the pilot phase of the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program
• Developed training manuals and trained employees on the SRM program
• Coordinated and attended meetings with supplier associations to get feedback on various pilots that were underway
• Involved in the screening and selection process for the next co-op student

Underwriting Assistant Co-op: Intact Insurance

• Responsible for risk-based pricing of submissions and policy processing
• Individually responsible for policy prescreening to determine renewal methods
• Suggested and implemented redesigns to the prescreening process to more appropriately assess risks
• Trained and mentored new hires on policy transactions
