Alexis J. Beasley
Alexis J. Beasley is a native of Atlanta, GA. She realized her innate gift of leadership at a very young age --- even while playing with dolls she assigned them job duties.
As the granddaughter of the first female and black Mayor of Keysville, GA and as the daughter of a Pastor in the AME Church she has been nurtured to be passionate about the enrichment of women and a desire to achieve multi-level success. The influence and success of Alexis’ grandmother and mother led her to attend Bennett College for Women, one of only two historically black women’s colleges. Through her matriculation she was elected to leadership positions of various organizations. These organizations include: President of the Bennett College Ambassadors, President of the Student Union Advisory Board and Vice President of Students in Free Enterprise.
Alexis has also had the opportunity to be selected for a mixture of honors and awards including, Monster.com’s Diversity Leadership Program, the Walt Disney World College Program where she was selected as graduation speaker to a class of 1500 and she was selected to be apart of the voting academy for the 2010 BET Awards.
Since graduating from Bennett College for Women, Alexis has fostered her love of recruiting and sourcing applicants for hard to fill position. With over 8 years of experience, her passion resides in client facing recruiter, corporate recruiter and career coaching roles.
Her responsiblities have included driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process for exempt and non-exempt candidates including; full cycle recruiting (screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, managing the hiring manager relationship, negotiating, and employment branding, benefit and culture questions and following through after the candidate is hired.
Working for such companies as: Delta, AT&T, Cox Communications, Charter Communications and The Walt Disney Company. Alexis has maintaned relationships with vendors and has coordinated all temporary and temp to hire needs. She has conducted and coordinated hiring events for over 10,000 candidates resulting in the hiring of over 50 positions weekly.
She is also able to, prepare and maintain all HR paperwork for employees, conduct new hire orientation and exit interviews.
