I worked at a New York start-up school for over five years where I was the sole provider of technology support for the first three years. I oversaw the acquisition and deployment of "anything with a plug" such as copiers, printers, servers, routers, switches, access points, desktop and laptop computers, and mobile phones. As the school expanded, I started focusing more on data analysis, working with Microsoft Access and Excel (pivot tables, macros) to guide instruction in the classrooms.
