Alexis Parrin, Beverage Director and Co-Owner of SoBar, is a Mixologist and Beverage Designer. A former model from Northern California, she possesses a keen sense of the naturally delicious flavors derived from the seasonal ingredients around her. Her sophisticated cocktails, natural sodas, and juices and have graced restaurants throughout New York City, and she has designed beverages for clients ranging from Hennessy to Cornell University. While opening SoBar, a pop-up juice bar, she found a love for working with juices and combining her understanding of ingredients to create healthy purpose-driven drinks that tastes as wonderful as they are healthy. While currently in development to turn SoBar into a brick and mortar location, she is also in the lab designing a line of all natural sodas and fresh juice based cocktail mixers.
