For the past several years, Alex has specialized in preparing homes to sell quickly for the highest possible price. In collaboration with his trusted network of market experts, interior designers, and contractors he advises clients as to what to improve, how much it should cost, who to hire, and they execute the scope of work while keeping budget and time a priority. In this way, Alex implements strategic improvements, knowing what holds the most potential value – visually and fiscally.

Though he has experience poking and prodding window, eaves, and mudsills for decay and has crawled under tired old kitchens and baths, Alex also monitors marketplace shifts, and draws on his Ph.D. in psychology to understand and anticipate buyer and seller behavioral patterns, particularly the factors that influences how individuals and groups react. Intuition and acute awareness of personal preferences, and an understanding of what motivates people, has informed Alex’s work throughout his career.
