Alex Njui is a commercial finance and accounting professional who has extensive knowledge and experience in a broad range of areas including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment evaluative research and analysis, financial planning, controllership, process and internal controls development, ERP implementation, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and leading teams. Alex’s key focus is to steer corporations to optimize value for their shareholder(s).

Alex Njui is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) and Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI, UK). He also has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (UK) and an MBA (Distinction) from the University of London (UK).
